Cooling tower is a device for reducing the temperature of water by bringing it into contact with an air stream, a minor portion of water is evaporated & main portion is cooled. Recirculation is there absolutely essential. Cooling tower cools portion of water & is evaporated & main portion is cooled. Cooling tower which gives the lowest capital & running cost together with maximum operational in many forms & sizes, it is the cooling device which meets the requirement.
The fill consists of modular blocks of rigid PVC honey comb construction. As a result the time of contact and heat transfer between water and air is increased greatly. The air pressure drop through the fills is negligible.
The fan motor is of totally enclosed type, as per IP:55 and is suitable for outdoor mounting. Bird screen is also provided.
All M.S. internal components are of H.D. pipe and hard water areas are of stainless steel & fibre coated. Thus the problem of anti-corrosion is almost eliminated.
The eliminator is of rigid PVC and is of fixed type having small water carry-over losses.
Dynamic offers packaged Cooling Towers of capacity ranging from 5 tons to 150 tons.
Dynamic Cooling Towers are of vertical induced Drought Counter flow designs with uniform water distribution and optimal heat transfer.
The towers are compact and light weight designed for rooftop mounting.
The tower casing is made of tough Fiberglass reinforced plastic construction. It has sufficient structural strength to withstand wind velocities and vibrations. And with very light weight. Capacities up to 500 tons capacity are of moulded construction.
An inspection window is provided for inspection of water distribution system in running condition. The water deflectors splash water spray evenly across the fills.
Fan is directly driven axial flow type. The fan blades are of cast aluminium alloy, dynamically balanced for low vibration and efficient air flow.
Hot water is distributed uniformly by rotating sprinkler head system. Each sprinkler has multiple orifices for uniform distribution.
Maintenance is considerably reduced because fan is the only moving part of the cooling tower.
