HEAT EXCHANGER

Hydraulic systems are easy to generate substantial heat from friction between fluids & pipes. Their maximum operating temperatures are permitted to operate under 50°C while exceeding 50°C, leakage, oil deterioration, valve performance reduction and pump efficiency losses are produced, because of low viscosity caused by over high temperature. So proper heat exchanger should be selected for your machine. According to different tube structures & arrangement there are five types available:

  • DET-1: Hydraulic oil cooler has heat transfer efficiency with densely multiple naked copper tubes.
  • DET-2: Typical design multiple naked copper tubes with easy disassembling.
  • DET-3: Typical design consists of copper fin tubes which are compact & heat transfer excellent.
  • DET-4: Hydraulic heat transfer area with multiple rolling corrugated tubes.
  • DET-5: Typical design consists of aluminium fin & copper tubes which are compact & heat transfer efficiencies.
